SellMira is operated by Naveed Ahmed ("SellMira", "we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use SellMira.com, including our ecommerce profit calculators, break-even ROAS tools, COD/RTO calculator, AI Profit Review, email reports, saved reports, account features, waitlists, Human COD Profit Audit requests, and any future subscriptions or Shopify-related features.

1. Important Summary

SellMira is currently designed as a free ecommerce profit and break-even ROAS toolkit with optional account-based saved reports and request-based Human COD Profit Audit.

At the moment:

• You can use the calculators without creating an account.
• We do not currently require signup to use the calculators.
• Calculator inputs used only in the browser are not saved as account records by default.
• Saved reports are stored only when you create or save a report after signing in.
• If you submit a report email, audit request, waitlist form, or AI review request, we may store the information you choose to submit, including related report context.
• Human COD Profit Audit is request-based while checkout is paused. If paid checkout becomes available, checkout may be handled by Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
• We use third-party services such as Groq for AI processing, Google and Vercel for analytics/performance, and Resend for email delivery where applicable.
• If you choose to contact us, join a waitlist, request a report, or use an email feature, we may collect your email address and related information.

As SellMira grows, we may introduce subscriptions, expanded report workflows, or a Shopify app. This Privacy Policy also explains how those future features may handle data.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect different types of information depending on how you use SellMira.

2.1 Information You Enter Into Calculators

When you use SellMira calculators, you may enter ecommerce-related numbers such as:

• Selling price
• Product cost / cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Shipping cost
• Payment processing fees
• Platform fees
• Discount values
• Refund rate
• Return/RTO rate
• COD fees
• Ad spend
• ROAS

• Margin assumptions

Current position: calculator inputs used only in the browser are not saved as account records by default.

However, calculator data may be processed temporarily in your browser or by our systems to generate results. If you choose an optional report email, audit request, waitlist, AI review, saved report, account, or paid audit flow, we may store the calculator inputs, outputs, lead details, source page, consent status, and related context that you choose to submit.

2.2 AI Profit Review Inputs

If you use SellMira's AI Profit Review, you may provide text or ecommerce numbers for analysis.

This may include:

• Calculator results
• Product economics
• Ad performance details
• Profit-related questions
• COD/RTO assumptions
• Business context you choose to provide

SellMira uses Groq or another AI infrastructure provider to process AI requests. This means the text and numbers you submit to the AI feature may be sent to Groq or another AI provider for processing.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, customer personal data, payment card data, passwords, private API keys, or confidential information that you do not want processed by third-party AI systems.

2.3 Contact, Email, and Waitlist Information

If you contact us, join a waitlist, request a report, subscribe for updates, or use an email-based feature, we may collect:

• Name, if provided
• Email address
• Store or business name, if provided
• Website URL, if provided
• Message content
• Calculator/report context attached to your request, if applicable
• Communication preferences

We may use Resend or another email service provider to send transactional emails, reports, product updates, or waitlist messages.

2.4 Website Usage and Technical Data

When you visit SellMira, third-party services such as Google and Vercel may collect technical and usage data, such as:

• Referring URLs
• Approximate location based on IP address

2.5 Payment Information

SellMira currently does not require user accounts for the free calculators or AI Profit Review. If you purchase a paid audit, payment checkout is handled by Paddle.

When payment checkout is available, Paddle or another disclosed payment provider may collect and process payment information needed to complete the transaction. This may include:

• Billing name and email
• Billing address, if requested by the payment provider
• Tax or location information needed for checkout

2.6 Account and Saved Report Information

• Report names, report type, country, currency, source page, and report status
• Calculator inputs and outputs included in the saved report snapshot
• Trash, restore, report limit, and report history actions
• User plan and report capacity state

If we later introduce Pro plans, subscriptions, or a Shopify app, we may also collect:

Payment card details are processed by Paddle or another disclosed payment provider. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

2.7 Future Shopify App Data

If SellMira later launches a Shopify app, we may collect or process Shopify store data needed to provide app functionality, such as:

• Product cost data

We will aim to collect only the data needed to provide the app's functionality.

5. AI Processing Notice

SellMira's AI Profit Review is designed to provide educational and informational guidance based on ecommerce unit economics.

When you use AI features:

• Your submitted text and numbers may be sent to Groq or another AI provider for processing.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on assumptions.
• AI guidance should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional business advice.
• You are responsible for verifying calculations and making your own business decisions.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, customer records, payment card data, passwords, private keys, or confidential third-party data into the AI feature.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

SellMira and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Keep the website working

When payment checkout is available, SellMira uses Paddle or another disclosed payment provider to process payments.

Payment providers may process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, and transaction information according to their own terms and privacy policies. SellMira receives limited payment-related information from the payment provider so we can confirm the order, provide the paid service, send transactional messages, handle support, prevent abuse, and keep required records.

Do not send payment card numbers to SellMira through email, AI prompts, support messages, calculator fields, or other free-form text areas.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• AI processing providers such as Groq
• Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel
• Analytics providers such as Google
• Email service providers such as Resend
• Paddle or future payment processors, if paid services are used
• Future Shopify or ecommerce platform integrations, if you connect a store

We share information only as needed to operate, improve, secure, or provide SellMira and related services.

11. Data Retention

Calculator inputs used only in the browser are not retained by us as saved account records by default.

For other information:

• Report email, audit request, and waitlist records may include submitted calculator/report context and may be kept until deletion is requested or the records are no longer needed.
• Email and waitlist records may be kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or they are no longer needed.
• Support messages may be kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.
• Analytics data may be retained according to the settings of Google, Vercel, or other analytics providers.
• AI provider retention may depend on the AI provider's own policies and service settings.
• Paid audit/payment records may be retained as needed for business, tax, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no website, internet transmission, AI provider, hosting platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You are responsible for avoiding submission of sensitive personal data, passwords, private API keys, payment card numbers, or confidential customer data through free-form forms or AI prompts.

SellMira may be accessed by users from different countries, including Pakistan, India, the Middle East, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions.
