Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our profitability tools. They govern your access and use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellMira.com, including our ecommerce profit calculators, break-even ROAS tools, COD/RTO calculator, AI Profit Review, reports, saved reports, waitlists, request-based Human COD Profit Audit, future Pro features, and future Shopify-related services.

SellMira is operated by Naveed Ahmed ("SellMira", "we", "us", or "our").

By using SellMira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SellMira.

1. What SellMira Does

SellMira helps ecommerce sellers understand profit, contribution margin, break-even ROAS, CPA room, COD/RTO risk, and potential profit leaks before scaling advertising spend.

SellMira may provide:

  • Free profit calculators
  • Break-even ROAS calculators
  • COD/RTO calculators
  • CPA and margin calculations
  • AI Profit Review
  • Educational ecommerce content
  • Optional email reports or waitlists
  • Optional account-based saved reports
  • Human COD Profit Audit requests
  • Future SellMira Pro features
  • Future Shopify app or store integration

SellMira is a decision-support tool. It does not guarantee business results.

2. Eligibility

SellMira is intended for business and ecommerce use.

You should be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to use SellMira for business purposes.

If you are under the legal age, you may use SellMira only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using SellMira, you confirm that you can legally agree to these Terms.

3. Free Tools

SellMira currently offers free tools that may be used without creating an account.

You may use the free calculators to estimate:

  • Profit per order
  • Gross margin
  • Contribution margin
  • Break-even ROAS
  • Maximum CPA
  • Refund impact
  • COD/RTO risk
  • Shipping and fee impact

The calculators are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are responsible for checking your own numbers and confirming all business decisions with your own judgment, accountant, financial advisor, or other professional where needed.

4. AI Profit Review

SellMira may provide an AI Profit Review feature powered by third-party AI infrastructure such as Groq.

AI Profit Review may help explain:

  • What your calculator results mean
  • Whether your ROAS is below or above break-even
  • Where profit may be leaking
  • What cost or margin levers may matter most
  • What to fix before scaling ads

However:

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on assumptions.
  • AI responses are not financial, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or professional business advice.
  • You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
  • SellMira does not guarantee that following AI suggestions will improve profit, sales, ROAS, margin, or business performance.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, customer personal data, payment card data, passwords, private API keys, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts.

5. No Professional Advice

SellMira provides calculators, explanations, AI-generated guidance, and educational content.

SellMira does not provide:

  • Financial advice
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Investment advice
  • Advertising agency services
  • Guaranteed ecommerce strategy
  • Guaranteed business, sales, or profit outcomes

You should consult qualified professionals before making major business, tax, legal, financial, or advertising decisions.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

SellMira calculations depend on the numbers, assumptions, and inputs you provide.

Results may be affected by:

  • Incorrect input values
  • Missing costs
  • Variable shipping rates
  • Refunds and returns
  • COD/RTO rates
  • Payment processor fees
  • Platform fees
  • Currency differences
  • Taxes and duties
  • Ad platform attribution differences
  • Fulfillment costs
  • Operational costs not included in the calculator

SellMira does not guarantee that outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific business.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information where possible
  • Use SellMira lawfully
  • Verify calculations before acting on them
  • Avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless necessary
  • Avoid submitting customer personal data into AI prompts
  • Avoid using SellMira to mislead others
  • Avoid interfering with the website or its infrastructure
  • Avoid attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse SellMira

You are responsible for your own ecommerce, pricing, advertising, tax, financial, and operational decisions.

8. Current Data Storage Position

Calculator inputs used only in the browser are not saved as account records by default.

If you use optional report emails, audit requests, waitlists, AI review, accounts, saved reports, paid audits, Pro features, or Shopify integration, SellMira may store information you choose to submit for those features. This may include calculator/report context, lead details, source page, consent status, and related messages.

Data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Email Reports, Waitlists, and Communications

If you provide your email address to SellMira, we may use it to:

  • Send requested reports
  • Respond to support requests
  • Confirm waitlist signup
  • Share product updates
  • Notify you about future features
  • Invite you to beta features

We may use Resend or another email service provider for email delivery.

You can unsubscribe from marketing or product update emails where an unsubscribe option is provided, or contact us at support@sellmira.com.

10. Human COD Profit Audit

SellMira may offer a request-based Human COD Profit Audit while checkout is paused, and may later beta test paid checkout when payment setup is available.

A Human COD Profit Audit may include review of ecommerce numbers such as:

  • Selling price
  • Product cost
  • Shipping cost
  • Payment fees
  • COD funnel and RTO risk
  • Courier fee logic
  • Remittance timing
  • CPA and ROAS
  • Break-even ROAS
  • COD-adjusted ROAS
  • Margin assumptions
  • Profit leak opportunities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Human COD Profit Audits are operational ecommerce reviews and do not guarantee improved business performance, advertising results, profitability, sales, or revenue.

Audit Refund Policy

For paid Human COD Profit Audits, the default refund policy is:

  • Refunds may be available if audit work has not started.
  • Once audit work has started, the fee may become non-refundable.
  • Once a report, review, or written analysis has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
  • If a different refund rule is shown at checkout, that checkout rule will apply.

11. Payments and Checkout

When Human COD Profit Audit checkout is available, payments are processed by Paddle or another disclosed third-party payment provider.

Important payment terms:

  • The final price will be shown before you complete checkout.
  • Payment methods, taxes, currency handling, receipts, and payment authorization may be managed by Paddle.
  • SellMira does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
  • A completed payment does not guarantee any specific business result, profit improvement, ROAS improvement, sales increase, or advertising outcome.
  • Human COD Profit Audit access, confirmation, and follow-up may depend on successful payment confirmation and the email address provided during checkout.
  • If payment confirmation is delayed or unclear, SellMira may manually review the order before starting audit work.
  • If a payment fails, is canceled, is disputed, or is reversed, SellMira may pause or cancel the related audit service.

Checkout availability may be paused, changed, or removed while payment setup, compliance, pricing, or service scope is being reviewed.

12. Future Paid Plans and Subscriptions

SellMira may later introduce paid features, such as:

  • SellMira Pro
  • More saved report capacity
  • Product comparisons
  • Advanced AI review
  • PDF/export features
  • Email report history
  • Shopify integration
  • Store-level profit tracking

If you purchase a paid audit or future paid plan:

  • Pricing will be shown before purchase.
  • Billing terms will be shown before purchase.
  • Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund rules will be displayed at checkout or in account settings when subscriptions are offered.
  • Payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another disclosed third-party payment provider.

SellMira may change pricing, features, or plan limits over time. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law or clearly disclosed.

13. Future Shopify App or Integration

SellMira may later offer a Shopify app or Shopify-related integration.

If you connect a Shopify store in the future, you may authorize SellMira to access certain store data needed to provide app functionality.

Possible Shopify data may include:

  • Store name
  • Store domain
  • Products
  • Orders
  • Refunds
  • Shipping details
  • Currency
  • Product cost information
  • App installation details

SellMira will aim to request only the data needed to provide the relevant features.

Shopify app data handling will be explained in our Privacy Policy and any Shopify-specific notices available at the time of launch.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use SellMira to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Submit malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Abuse AI or calculator features
  • Overload or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or copy the service at scale without permission
  • Use outputs to deceive customers, partners, investors, or advertisers
  • Upload or submit personal data you are not allowed to process
  • Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of SellMira

We may restrict or block access if we believe a user is abusing the service or violating these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

SellMira, including its name, branding, design, calculators, copy, content, workflows, and software, is owned by SellMira or its operators/licensors.

You may use SellMira for your own business analysis, but you may not copy, resell, clone, reproduce, or commercially exploit SellMira's software, design, content, or workflows without permission.

You retain ownership of information you submit, but you give SellMira permission to process it as needed to provide the service.

16. Third-Party Services

SellMira may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Groq for AI processing
  • Vercel for hosting/performance
  • Google for analytics or related services
  • Resend for email delivery
  • Paddle for payment processing
  • Future payment providers
  • Future Shopify APIs or integrations

We are not responsible for outages, errors, data practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Service Availability

SellMira may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee that SellMira will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, platform, store setup, or ecommerce business model.

18. Disclaimers

SellMira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

  • Profit improvement
  • Sales growth
  • Ad performance improvement
  • ROAS improvement
  • Accurate tax/accounting treatment
  • Correct business decisions
  • Shopify app approval or availability
  • Continuous availability of AI features

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellMira and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of business opportunity, ad spend losses, or business interruption.

Your use of SellMira is at your own risk.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to SellMira in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid SellMira.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SellMira and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of SellMira
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your submitted data or content
  • Your business decisions based on SellMira outputs
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of SellMira after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

Unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are located outside Pakistan, you are responsible for complying with local laws that may apply to your use of SellMira.

Data Security

We use encrypted connections and reasonable safeguards for calculator, report, and support request data.

No Selling Data

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information or ecommerce metrics to third parties.
